What is Wasteland Armory?
Wasteland Armory is your go-to destination for firearms, ammunition, accessories, and survival gear. We cater to shooters, preppers, and collectors who want quality gear at competitive prices.

Where are you located?
We operate as an e-commerce retailer but plan to open a physical store in the future. Our fulfillment center is based in Southside, AL, but we ship nationwide.

Do you sell firearms to all 50 states?
No. We comply with federal, state, and local laws. Some states have restrictions on specific firearms, magazines, and accessories. See our Shipping Restrictions.

Is Wasteland Armory a licensed firearms dealer?
Yes, we hold a valid Federal Firearms License (FFL) and comply with all ATF regulations.

 

ORDERING & COMPLIANCE

Do I need an FFL to purchase a firearm?
No, but all firearms must be shipped to an FFL dealer in your state. You will need to complete the background check and transfer paperwork at your selected dealer before taking possession of your firearm.

How do I buy a firearm from Wasteland Armory?

Do you require background checks?

Yes. All firearm purchases require a background check, which is completed at your chosen FFL dealer before you take possession of the firearm.

Are there age restrictions on firearm purchases?
Yes. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a rifle or shotgun and 21 years old to purchase a handgun. Some states have additional age restrictions.

What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards, and we are working on adding alternative payment options in the future.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders that have not been processed for shipment can be canceled with a restocking fee. Firearms orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

 

SHIPPING & RETURNS

How long does shipping take?
Orders typically process within 5 business days. Serialized items may take up to 10 business days. Shipping times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Firearms must be shipped to an FFL, which may add processing time.

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, we offer expedited shipping for eligible products. However, firearms shipments may take additional time due to FFL processing.

Can I return a firearm?
Firearm sales are final. However, if there is a defect or damage during shipping, contact us immediately, and we will help work with the manufacturer for a resolution.

What is your return policy for accessories and gear?
Unused, unopened accessories and gear may be returned within 30 days of purchase. A restocking fee may apply. See our Return Policy.

Do you ship ammunition?
Yes, but we do not ship ammunition to states with restrictions (e.g., CA, NY, IL, NJ, MA, CT) unless you have the proper permits.

 

PRODUCTS & INVENTORY

Do you have live inventory tracking?
Yes, our website updates in real-time to reflect in-stock products.

Can I order a product that is out of stock?
Some products allow backorders, while others do not. If an item is out of stock, sign up for notifications to be alerted when it’s back.

Do you offer price matching?
We strive to have competitive pricing, but we do not currently offer price matching.

Do you offer military or first responder discounts?
Yes! We support our heroes with special discounts. Verification is required at checkout.
