Customer Acknowledgment & Legal Responsibility

• By purchasing from Wasteland Armory, the customer certifies that they are responsible for complying with all federal, state, and local laws regarding possession, ownership, and use of purchased items.
• It is the customer’s sole responsibility to verify whether an item is legal in their jurisdiction before purchasing.
• Customers release and indemnify Wasteland Armory from any liability, claims, or legal consequences arising from their purchase, possession, or use of items sold.
• If uncertain about regulations, customers should consult an attorney or local law enforcement before purchasing.

Shipping Guidelines

• Firearms: Firearms can only be shipped to a verified Federal Firearms License (FFL) holder. Customers must provide accurate FFL details at checkout. Failure to do so may result in order cancellation.
• Ammunition: Ammunition shipments must comply with all federal, state, and local laws. Some states require ammunition to be shipped to an FFL.
• Accessories: Certain firearm-related accessories may be subject to state restrictions. Customers must verify local regulations before purchasing.

State-Specific Shipping Restrictions

Wasteland Armory strictly follows state-specific regulations regarding shipping limitations. Below are some restrictions for select states:

• Alabama: Knives with blades longer than 3 inches are restricted in Montgomery.
• Alaska: Freight forwarding is required for shipments. No sales of Tannerite, flamethrowers, pepper sprays, or similar items.
• California:
  • No sales of third-party fulfilled ammunition.
  • No shipment of off-roster handguns.
  • Ammunition must be shipped to an FFL.
  • No sales of non-compliant AR or AK rifles and pistols.
  • No magazines over 10 rounds.
  • No sales of restricted items such as Tannerite, flamethrowers, binary triggers, or automatic knives.
  • No ammunition sales to Los Angeles, Oakland, Sacramento, San Francisco, and Avalon.
• Colorado: No sales of ballistic knives. Magazines over 15 rounds are restricted.
• Connecticut: Magazines over 10 rounds are prohibited. Firearm purchases require a valid Firearm Owner Identification (FOID) card.
• Hawaii: No magazines over 10 rounds. Freight forwarding is required for all shipments.
• Illinois: No firearm-related sales to Chicago. Additional restrictions in Aurora, Highland Park, Deerfield, and Cook County on specific firearms and accessories.
• Maryland: No magazines exceeding 10-round capacity. Certain firearms and accessories are prohibited.
• Massachusetts: No sales of firearms, ammunition, or related accessories.
• New Jersey: Magazines over 10 rounds are prohibited. Ammunition purchases require an FPID card.
• New York: No magazines over 10 rounds. Ammunition must be shipped to an FFL. New York City and surrounding boroughs have additional restrictions.
• Washington, D.C.: No firearm, ammunition, or accessory sales.

Compliance & Order Review

• Legal Compliance: Customers must verify that their purchases comply with applicable laws before ordering.
• Order Review: Wasteland Armory reserves the right to review, delay, or cancel orders that do not comply with legal requirements.
• Age Verification: All firearm and ammunition purchases require verification of legal age.

Important Disclaimers

• FFL Verification: Customers must ensure their FFL dealer’s information is accurate and up to date. Orders cannot be processed without proper FFL verification.
• Restricted Items: Certain firearm parts, magazines, and accessories are prohibited in some states. Customers are responsible for checking all laws before purchasing.
• Final Sale: Due to the complexity of firearm laws, all sales are final. Refunds or order modifications will not be issued due to customer oversight.
