⚠️ All sales of Firearms and Ammunition are final. No exceptions.
 

At Wasteland Armory, we strive to provide quality products and excellent service. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

 

Firearms & Ammunition

  • All Sales Final: Once a firearm has been transferred to the customer, the sale is final. Returns, refunds, or exchanges are not accepted.
  • Defective Firearms: If a firearm is found to be defective upon receipt and before transfer, do not accept the transfer. Instead, have the FFL return the firearm to us immediately and contact our Customer Service.
  • Manufacturer Warranty: After transfer, any defects must be handled directly with the manufacturer under their warranty policy.
  • Ammunition: Due to safety and regulatory reasons, all ammunition sales are final. Returns or exchanges are not permitted.

 

Non-Firearm & Non-Ammunition Products

  • Return Period: Unused and unopened non-firearm & non-ammunition products may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund or exchange.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original packaging and in new, resalable condition. Used or installed items are not eligible for return.
  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returned items, subject to inspection.

 

Fraud Prevention & Return Abuse Policy

  • Wasteland Armory reserves the right to reject any return that appears to be fraudulent or abusive.
  • Excessive returns, opened or used items, or returns inconsistent with our policy may result in denial of future purchases.
  • All returns are subject to verification and inspection before approval.

 

Return Process

  • Authorization: Before returning any item, contact our Customer Service at returns@wastelandarmory.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  • Inspection: Upon receipt, returned items will be inspected. Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 7-10 business days of inspection approval.

  • Final Sale Items: Clearance and promotional items may not be eligible for return.
