The Savage Arms A17 Target Thumbhole Rifle is a rimfire rifle engineered to optimize the 17 HMR. This 17 HMR rifle offers a comfortable hold with a thumbhole stock for improved finger placement and an adjustable AccuTrigger that allows each shooter to adjust the weight of the trigger pull as well as preventing accidental discharge. This rimfire rifle is built with zero-tolerance headspace control featuring a headspace set to its minimum to deliver a more accurate and more powerful shot every time. A delayed-blowback action provides safer and more consistent cycling, while an oversized chrome bolt makes it easier to open the chamber for manual loading. The fluted and button-rifled barrel on this 17 HMR rifle provides tighter rifling for a flatter, straighter shot right from the factory.
