Wasteland Founders Club Terms and Conditions

Membership Overview

The Wasteland Founders Club is an exclusive pre-launch membership program that offers unique benefits to those who sign up before the official launch date.

Membership Benefits

As a Wasteland Founders Club member, you will receive:

• 5% Lifetime Discount:
  • Applies to all qualifying purchases made on our website.
  • Discount is valid for the lifetime of the member and cannot be transferred.
• Exclusive Early Access:
  • Be the first to shop new product drops, limited releases, and special promotions.
• Exclusive Founders-Only Merchandise:
  • Limited-edition gear or perks will be provided to Founders Club members at a later date, as determined by Wasteland Armory.
• VIP Updates:
  • Insider announcements, sneak peeks, and early access to brand updates and initiatives.

Final Membership Confirmation

To officially claim and activate your Wasteland Founders Club benefits, members will be required to complete a final signup form at launch.

• The final signup form will confirm membership details and eligibility for benefits.
• Members who fail to complete the final signup form within the specified time frame may forfeit their membership and associated benefits.

Exclusions and Restrictions

The 5% lifetime discount does not apply to:

• Products already discounted or on sale.
• Items subject to Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) policies.
• Special orders, custom builds, pre-orders, or backordered items.
• Shipping fees, taxes, or other ancillary costs.

Membership Conditions

• Membership benefits are non-transferable and can only be used by the registered Founders Club member.
• Members are required to provide accurate and up-to-date information when joining.

Program Changes

• Wasteland Armory reserves the right to modify or terminate the Founders Club program, including its benefits, at any time with reasonable notice to members.

Termination of Membership

Membership in the Wasteland Founders Club may be terminated if a member:

• Violates these Terms or engages in fraudulent activity.
• Misuses Founders Club benefits or discounts.

No Cash Value

The Founders Club benefits, including the lifetime discount, hold no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money.

Disputes

• Any disputes arising from the Founders Club membership are subject to the dispute resolution provisions in Section 11 of these Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

• These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama.
• Any disputes must first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be subject to binding arbitration in the State of Alabama.
