At Wasteland Armory, we are committed to providing a secure and legal firearm purchasing process. This guide explains how to buy a firearm online and what to expect during the process.

 

Step 1: Select Your Firearm

• Browse our selection of firearms and add your chosen items to your cart.
• Ensure that the firearm you are purchasing complies with all federal, state, and local laws. It is your responsibility to verify legal compliance before making a purchase.
• Before finalizing your purchase, review our Shipping Restrictions policy to ensure we can ship to your state.

 

Step 2: Find a Federal Firearms License (FFL) Dealer

• Firearms cannot be shipped directly to you. They must be sent to a verified FFL dealer near you.
• You must provide your dealer’s FFL license details at checkout. Failure to provide accurate FFL information will delay or cancel your order.
• You must contact your selected FFL before purchase to confirm they will receive the firearm on your behalf.

 

Step 3: Complete Your Purchase

• After confirming your FFL details, proceed to checkout and complete payment.
• Once your order is processed, we will ship your firearm to your selected FFL dealer following all applicable federal and state laws.

 

Step 4: Transfer & Background Check

• When your firearm arrives at the FFL dealer, you must pass a background check (NICS) before taking possession of the firearm.
• Your dealer will guide you through the process and ensure compliance with all legal requirements.
• Important: If you fail the background check, the firearm will be returned to Wasteland Armory, and you will be subject to a restocking fee and return shipping costs.

 

Step 5: Inspect Before Transfer

• Once you complete the transfer, all firearm sales are final.
• Before accepting the firearm, inspect it carefully. If there is any damage or defect, DO NOT ACCEPT THE TRANSFER. Instead, have the FFL return the firearm to us immediately and contact our customer service.
• After the transfer is completed, any defects must be handled directly with the manufacturer under their warranty policy.

 

Ammunition Purchases

• Ammunition must be shipped in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Certain states require ammunition to be shipped to an FFL. See our Shipping Restrictions for details.
• All ammunition sales are final and non-returnable.
